‘On 21st May 2021 a glittering event produced by Av and Beyond at The Galleria, Charl-jaquairdo van Helsdingen crowned his successor Louw Breytenbach as Mr Gay World South Africa 2021’ Stated Andrew Hare, Communications Officer Edith Venter Promotions.
Hare continued ‘Our First runner up Bonginkosi Ndima and Second runner up Shanon Kannigan are incredible. The 3 young men will have an inspiring and uplifting reign, we are excited to see all the work they do’.

Mr Gay World South Africa hosted the preliminary judging on 1st May 2021. ‘The contestants that were judged to be in our top 12 in Mr Gay World South Africa are a very inspirational group of men. We are excited to see the future of South Africa because of this group of men.’ Stated Andrew Hare, Communications Officer.Hare continued ‘Our judges had a tough judging as all these men are very suited to be in our Top 12 for Mr Gay World South Africa’.
